Equipment

You should probably go ahead and just throw all of the level 50-100 equipment in normal weapon/armor shops and then just make the 110-120 weapons harder to access, or keep them where you need vote points and such to get them. But I think it should be easy to get weapons before 110, and we all know those old school drop rates don't make anything easy. XD

Well if we go up 2x drop more drops than expected o.o but ill fix our rates will be 8/2/1
or something like that
